About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Scent Design Associate to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Perfumery team, you will be responsible for developing innovative scent strategies and leading regional projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative strategies for scent design and fragrance development
  • Lead regional projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Utilize internal processes and tools to support the overall Home & Fabric Care business strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences
  • Collaborate with perfumers and other stakeholders to create new fragrance concepts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field (Science or Business)
  • Excellent olfactive capabilities and 1-3 years of industry experience
  • Project management experience and knowledge of fragrance development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
