Wij zoeken een gedreven en resultaatgerichte Senior Relatiebeheerder Food die zich kan inzetten voor de opbouw en onderhoud van relaties met onze internationale retailklanten. Als Senior Relatiebeheerder Food ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en optimaliseren van processen binnen de binnendienst, waaronder het beheren van relaties met klanten en het waarborgen en verbeteren van klanttevredenheid.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Opzetten en verbeteren van interne processen;
  • Aanspreekpunt voor de strategische retail klanten van het bedrijf;
  • Het coördineren binnen de organisatie van klantverzoeken waaronder product wijzigingen en nieuwe product aanvragen;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor bijhouden artikel datasheets;
  • Het zorgdragen voor de administratieve verwerking van klantzaken, waaronder het invullen en bijhouden van het CRM-systeem en mailarchivering;
  • In kaart hebben van potentiële misleveringen (manco's), die tezamen met rest van de organisatie streven te voorkomen en waar nodig klanten hierover informeren;
  • Afwijkingen op forecast t.o.v. het budget herkennen en communiceren.

Je bent een kartrekker die in staat is om overzicht te creëren en krijgt energie van het verbeteren / opzetten van processen om de klanttevredenheid te verbeteren. Je hebt een HBO werk- en denkniveau en bent commercieel, enthousiast, communicatief sterk en hebt een ondernemende instelling. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en hebt goede kennis van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
