Global Sales Strategy and Operations Lead

The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team at Just Eat Takeaway is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of our sales strategy across all markets globally. As a Sr Project Manager - Sales Incentives, you will play a critical role in driving flawless execution and defining the way thousands of sellers operate worldwide.
In this ever-changing environment, we partner with Leadership, Sales Operations, HR, Finance, to ensure accurate processing of incentive compensation for sales teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting up sales teams for success, resolving queries, and providing input to the development of our Sales Incentive toolings.
Key Responsibilities- Own the administration for sales incentives, ensuring seamless execution for all sales FTEs;
- Resolve incentive queries and disputes from sales stakeholders within agreed timelines;
- Contribute to the continuous process optimization and infrastructure building across all 19 countries;
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and BI to guarantee accurate payouts across all markets;
- Develop proposals and reports to inform decision-making on future incentive programs.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Advisory roles;
- Familiarity with Sales Incentives, effectiveness, performance, or compensation programs is a significant advantage;
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis, and provide recommendations;
- Flexibility, autonomy, and resilience with a 'Get it done' attitude;
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail;
- Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau);
- Strong focus on continuous improvement;
- Data-driven mindset.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
