We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Adams Multilingual Recruitment. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and building relationships with customers, ensuring their technical needs are met, and contributing to the design and development of custom products.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Technical Project Management: Manage and interpret the technical requirements of distributors and direct customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Quotation and Drawing Preparation: Calculate quotations and prepare technical drawings to meet customer needs.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as needed, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Client Data Management: Record and maintain accurate client contact data, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Support: Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events across Europe, promoting our products and services.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance and product education to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and support to succeed.
- Problem-Solving: Solve client problems by recommending the most appropriate products and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Custom Product Design: Assist in the design of custom-made products to meet specific customer needs, working closely with the production department.
- Distributor Support: Provide training and create support materials for distributors, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.
- Engineering Degree: An Engineering degree, ideally in Electronics Engineering, is required for this role.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, including Word and Excel, as well as proficiency in using design software to produce technical drawings.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent time management skills are essential for this role.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required, and knowledge of Dutch language is advantageous.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally as required, with a valid passport, and a full driving license is required.
