Job Description

CS GROUP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including minutes of meetings and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the department head, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Fluency in English (and French for CST location)
