Job Summary

Samsung Electronics Benelux is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its Healthcare Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing long-term relationships with customers and partners in the Netherlands, maximizing order intake, sales, and customer satisfaction, while driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment of sales targets, margin, price realization, market share, and NPS
  • Identifying and building strong business relationships with key decision-makers, key opinion leaders, and society board members in all accounts
  • Channel Management: Directly managing distributors to develop business plans and strategies that create new business opportunities in existing and new accounts
  • Developing a country/area business plan in line with corporate guidelines and objectives that maximizes potential and opportunity
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends for optimal operational planning and product portfolio decisions
  • Organizing and executing marketing events in the Netherlands, including workshops, symposiums, courses, etc.
  • Supporting the creation of marketing collaterals, including success stories, white papers, use cases, and customer testimonials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Sales and marketing experience in the area of ultrasound or medical imaging
  • Leading complex sales and business development projects and driving growth, with substantial turnover responsibility
  • Experience in the radiology, gynaecology, and/or obstetrics markets, both public and private
  • Deep understanding of the public tender process and key influencer leverage skills
  • Experience in KOL management and major clinical/medical society engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French is a plus
