Your Role in Our Story:

  • Deliver tailored product offerings to clients as part of the Business Development team.
  • Create, manage, and grow your own client portfolio, acting as an entrepreneur within ACT.
  • Learn from pioneers in energy commodities and make your own impact in a market ACT helped create.
  • Work with full support from colleagues to foster meaningful client relationships and drive revenue.
  • Contribute to and uphold ACT's team spirit, adding value as part of a collective effort.

Your Expertise:

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • A bachelor's/master's graduate, preferably in Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • 0-3 years' experience in a Sales/Trading/Brokerage/Business Development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to cold call and approach new people.
  • Energy, curiosity, and ambition.
  • Accountability, responsibility, and openness to learning fast.
  • Drive to close deals and make a difference for ACT and for your clients.
