Sales Role Overview

As a B2B Sales Development Lead at Creative Fabrica, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and conversion strategies. Your expertise in using customer relationship management tools like HubSpot will help you manage sales processes and customer data efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, utilizing lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  2. Sales Outreach and Engagement: Develop and execute outbound strategies, including email campaigns and social media outreach, to engage potential customers and establish relationships.
  3. Sales Process Optimization: Monitor and report on sales activities and results, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets and ensure sales process efficiency.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in a customer relationship management system.
