About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Project Implementation Manager to join our FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediation Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business meets Sanctions requirements and effectively manages Sanctions risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run business projects and business implementations to help build and improve the FEC Global Sanctions organization.
  • Contribute to detailed project planning, impact assessments, and ensuring the operations organization is ready for change.
  • Work in a complex, dynamic, and challenging Sanctions landscape, requiring a creative mindset and proactive approach.
  • Develop and implement projects to detect and prevent Sanctions violations, safeguarding customers, the bank, and society.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project and/or Implementation Manager in a professional environment.
  • Experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain, with a focus on FEC, Sanctions, and geopolitics.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1/C2 level), with Dutch as a secondary language.
  • Knowledge of and experience in working with Lean, with certification a plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary up to €97,997.20 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek.
  • Minimum one-year contract, with a preference for transitioning to a permanent contract.
  • Pension Plus scheme, annual net training budget of €3,500, and home working allowance.
  • 25 vacation days per year, travel allowance, and possibility of bonuses.
