Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Planning and Customer Logistics team at Quatt. As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of installation services and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Optimize Installations: Plan and coordinate installation time slots, ensuring installer availability in each region aligns perfectly with customer preferences and needs.
  • Rescheduling and Problem-Solving: Proactively adjust schedules to accommodate any unforeseen changes or complications, maintaining flexibility while minimizing disruption to both customers and installers.
  • Customer and Installer Coordination: Liaise with installers and customers to provide clear communication and exceptional service, ensuring that both parties are informed and satisfied throughout the process.
  • Service and Complex Issue Scheduling: Handle the planning of more complex service visits and installations, coordinating with the necessary teams to ensure that all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Process Improvement and Feedback: Continuously assess and refine scheduling and planning processes. Provide feedback and collaborate with the software team to enhance our planning tools and systems.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience working with software tools for scheduling and logistics is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
