Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Optimization: Plan and coordinate installation time slots to ensure installer availability aligns with customer preferences and needs.
  • Rescheduling and Problem-Solving: Proactively adjust schedules to accommodate unforeseen changes or complications, maintaining flexibility and minimizing disruption to customers and installers.
  • Customer and Installer Coordination: Liaise with installers and customers for clear communication and exceptional service, ensuring both parties are informed and satisfied throughout the process.
  • Service and Complex Issue Scheduling: Handle planning of complex service visits and installations, coordinating with necessary teams to ensure all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Process Improvement and Feedback: Continuously assess and refine scheduling and planning processes, providing feedback to enhance planning tools and systems.

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Planning and Customer Logistics team. As a Field Operations Planner, you'll be at the heart of our planning and scheduling operations, working closely with a diverse and cross-functional team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support Quatt's growth in commercial and environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience working with software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zuper) for scheduling and logistics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
