About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CX Senior Solution Sales Executive to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key player in our CX community, you will be responsible for shaping the future of SAP's Customer Experience portfolio and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to generate opportunities and exceed targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads, develop strategies, and build relationships with executives to showcase the value of SAP's CX solutions.
  • Partner with our Business Development team to design and run programs that build our pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Industry Account Executive and Virtual Account Team to highlight the value of the CX Portfolio to our customers.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for Customer Experience topics and CX solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the industry, including business drivers and a strong network in the Netherlands.
  • Commitment to professionalism, respect, and high ethical standards.
  • Proven excellence and role model behavior.
  • Experience working with senior executives across various industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at the C-level/board level.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
  • A self-starter attitude, adaptable, and loves working in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.

About You

  • 8-10+ years in software sales, with at least 3 years focused on CX solutions.
  • Experience handling the full cycle of complex sales and presenting to various client levels.
  • Consistent and Proven stability and top performance in previous roles over multiple years.

Location

This position is based in the Netherlands and we do not have the ability to process candidates who require relocation.
