Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Utrecht. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large volume of daily outbound interactions with prospective customers via phone, email, and other media channels. Your goal will be to raise interest levels, qualify, educate, and connect these prospects with our sales teams to deliver regional revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a lead pipeline by assessing, prioritizing, and moving a large number of prospective clients simultaneously
- Define and execute on plans to meet and exceed role-based goals
- Engage with senior managers on our marketing, sales, and operations teams to design and execute campaigns
- Help to continuously improve internal and external processes
- Use resources effectively, including marketing, pre-sales, and sales executives to meet objectives
- Become an advocate for our brand and an expert in customer service and CRM
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline status and conduct forecasting exercises
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Master degree, recent graduate with some first experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar role, or equivalent practical experience in other high-velocity sales environments. Cloud software sales experience is a plus. Native-level written and oral communication skills in Swedish are required, with additional EU languages a plus.
