Job Title: Head of Global Change

The Head of Global Change plays a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation and change management initiatives at Just Eat Takeaway. This strategic position leads the development and implementation of change management strategies, ensuring seamless execution and adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global change management function, developing and implementing change management strategies to support business transformation and growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to design and deliver change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a centre of excellence for change management, providing training and development opportunities for change professionals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Higher education degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and maturing change capability in a global complex organisation.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving organisational needs.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience of team management, with the ability to inspire and motivate others during times of change.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations, written communications, and training materials.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an understanding of cultural and psychological factors that influence people at work.
Success Metrics:
  • Increase employee engagement levels during change initiatives.
  • Achieve reduction in resistance to change across the organisation.
  • Successfully complete change management initiatives within budget and timeline.
  • Improve employee satisfaction with change management efforts, as measured by employee surveys.
  • Increase senior leadership stakeholder satisfaction with change management initiatives, as measured by feedback and evaluations.
