Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren projectleider met een achtergrond in werktuigbouwkunde om ons team te leiden op een projectlocatie. Als projectleider zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het aansturen van het prefabricage team en de technische dienst om ervoor te zorgen dat werkzaamheden volgens planning, budget en conform veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Aansturen van het prefabricage team en de technische dienst
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van het werkbeleid op de projectlocatie
  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een efficiënt verloop en correcte afronding van projecten binnen vastgestelde budgetten en planningen
  • Onderhouden van communicatie met (interne) klanten over de voortgang van het werk
  • Fungeren als adviseur voor uitvoerders en opdrachtgevers tijdens projectuitvoering
  • Leidinggeven aan het team op de projectlocatie, hen coachen en motiveren om hun vaardigheden optimaal in te zetten
  • Zorgen dat de technische dienst op verschillende bouwplaatsen op de meest optimale en servicegerichte wijze opereert
  • Zorgen voor effectief onderhoud van equipment conform de vastgestelde normen en wet- en regelgeving
  • Evalueren van de noodzaak van investeringen in equipment en het maken van goed onderbouwde investeringsvoorstellen en specificaties

  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde
  • Je hebt kennis van bouw- en uitvoeringsmethoden
  • Ervaring met leidinggeven in een projectomgeving in de marktsegmenten is een pre
  • Je hebt kennis en ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen
  • Je hebt kennis met het vastleggen van gegevens in diverse systemen
