As VP Account Management, EMEA, you will lead a team of 250+ Account Managers responsible for the success and growth of our EMEA headquartered enterprise customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear account management vision in EMEA, aligning with the company's overall business goals and market trends.
- Build and lead a high-performing 200+ person team with an inspiring, collaborative environment and open feedback culture.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers succeed with Adyen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (15+ years) of leading successful enterprise customer expansion thanks to strong commercial skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of scaling and evolving large (200+) high-performing teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fintech and/or payments experience, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
Additional Information:
- This role will be based in Amsterdam, although we are also open to Berlin or London.
- This role requires domestic and international travel.
