As VP Account Management, EMEA, you will lead a team of 250+ Account Managers responsible for the success and growth of our EMEA headquartered enterprise customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a clear account management vision in EMEA, aligning with the company's overall business goals and market trends.
  • Build and lead a high-performing 200+ person team with an inspiring, collaborative environment and open feedback culture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers succeed with Adyen.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (15+ years) of leading successful enterprise customer expansion thanks to strong commercial skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of scaling and evolving large (200+) high-performing teams across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fintech and/or payments experience, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.

Additional Information:

  • This role will be based in Amsterdam, although we are also open to Berlin or London.
  • This role requires domestic and international travel.
