Meetings and Events Sales Intern Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Meetings and Events Sales Intern to join our team. As a Meetings and Events Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Meetings and Events department. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing quotes for future clients
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by following up on details
  • Creating banqueting event orders/sheets to inform operational departments
  • Coordinating events from inception to completion
  • Liaising with operational departments to ensure smooth execution
  • Organizing show rounds for potential clients
  • Participating in the planning and implementation of events
  • Processing information into Salesforce
  • Ensuring after-sales satisfaction for completed events
