Key Responsibilities- Lead and implement EHS policies to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Promote a robust EHS culture through policies, procedures, and training.
- Conduct thorough investigations of health and safety incidents.
- Manage the procurement of service contracts for maintenance and development.
- Collaborate with development managers on new projects to ensure efficient long-term maintenance.
- Implement and maintain Nido's NEST quality management process.
- Ensure safety and well-being standards through audits and inspections.
- Develop performance indicators to manage and improve safety.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and report on sustainability initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- NEBOSH or equivalent certification.
- Excellent English communication skills; multilingualism (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian) is a plus.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- 5+ years of experience in procuring and managing service contracts.
- 3+ years of experience in EHS policy implementation and compliance.
- Experience in quality management and maintaining high standards.
- Experience in managing large operational budget.
