Digital Marketing Manager

TP Vision is a leading consumer electronics company that specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing Philips-branded TV sets and audio products. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, we bring high-end TV sets to the market that are smart, easy to use, and stylish.
Scope of the RoleThe Digital Activation Manager will be responsible for translating business and marketing objectives into digital strategies that drive marketing performance across paid media platforms. This includes defining and advising online teams on best practices, creating and developing campaign strategies, and managing activities for always-on paid search and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain campaign strategy with a strong focus on increasing consideration and preference
- Drive strategy and manage activities for always-on paid search and social media
- Create and develop media briefs, manage agencies in the execution of digital media campaigns
- Define KPIs and targets, monitor and track performance, push continuous optimization, capture learnings
- Budget management, define and distribute reporting, best practices sharing
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in campaign management
- Work closely with key stakeholders (marketing/product team, agencies, and country organizations)

- Bachelor's Degree and above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media planning/buying on client or agency side, preferably in a multicultural global corporate setting
- Experience managing PPC, SEA, display, SEO, social media, and affiliate programs
- A solid affinity with consumer goods
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, tactics, and best practices
- Expert in the requirements/standards on what online content should be
- Understanding of the latest consumer electronic products/trends
- Excellent command of English language (written and verbal)
- Ambitious, pro-active digital native
- Experience with marketing tracking tools and data management platforms
