Job Description

We're seeking a Reservations and Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be responsible for coordinating Zoku's reservations and guest communications across our properties in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Vienna, and Paris.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming requests and manage overnight and group enquiries
  • Monitor and control our online OTA channels
  • Communicate daily with our future guests via email and phone
  • Answer guest questions and follow-up with booking requests

Requirements
  • Student looking to get valuable experience as an intern as part of your MBO+, HBO (college), master's degree, undergraduate degree, or placement year ideally in the fields Hospitality, Leisure – or Communication Management
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
  • EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for The Netherlands
  • Mandatory internship as part of your curriculum, minimum 6 months
  • Available full-time / minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Available to start in March 2025 and flexible with working days/hours
