The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Merchandising Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our marketplaces team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and delivering winning plans every day.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize consumer journeys across our marketplaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans and perfect consumer experiences.
- Manage budgets and spend planning, implementation, and evaluation to drive business growth.
- Work closely with creative, marketing, category, agency, and account teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising strategies.
- Minimum 4-5 years of commercial experience in consumer journeys, merchandising, trading plans, and media planning.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and spend planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Experience working with CMS and merchandising tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
