The RoleAs a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in the EMEA region by developing and executing winning plans for our marketplaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless consumer journeys and optimize our online presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and category teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
- Manage budgets and spend planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Work with retailer agencies to optimize content and improve consumer engagement
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform merchandising decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external marketplaces partners
- Minimum 4-5 years of commercial experience in digital merchandising, trading plans, and media planning
- Proven track record of managing budgets and spend planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Experience working with CMS and merchandising tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
