About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team at Topcon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless product quality control, maintenance, and CRM support.
  • Work closely with EMEA Professional Services, Quality Service & Repair, and Product Management to drive sales of Geopositioning solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SIB products and solutions, providing expert advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive practical knowledge of geomatics techniques, with a strong understanding of geodesy, survey engineering, civil engineering, or construction engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in survey applications, vertical construction, road construction, or other infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with average proficiency in Japanese.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
