About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team at Topcon Positioning Group. As a key member of our EMEA office, you will be responsible for providing technical support, quality control, and product maintenance support for our Geopositioning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via email, phone, and chat
  • Collaborate with EMEA Professional Services, Quality Service & Repair, and Product Management teams to ensure seamless delivery of Geopositioning solutions
  • Conduct quality control checks on products and report feedback to SIB in Japan
  • Work closely with the EMEA Service & Repair department and Operations department to ensure continuous feedback, improvements, and recommendations for SIB solutions
  • Collect and share customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of Geopositioning solutions

Requirements:

  • Extensive practical knowledge of geomatics techniques
  • Geodesy, Survey engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in survey applications, vertical construction, road construction, or infrastructure projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Average oral and written communication skills in Japanese
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working with various ICT systems
