About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Specialist to join our team at Topcon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product quality control processes, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered to customers.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Service & Repair department and Operations department to provide maintenance support for SIB solutions, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in geomatics, survey engineering, and construction engineering, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers, providing clear and concise information on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Requirements
  • Extensive practical knowledge of geomatics techniques and principles.
  • Strong understanding of survey engineering, civil engineering, and construction engineering principles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in survey applications, vertical construction, road construction, or similar infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with average proficiency in Japanese.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
