Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Specialist to join our team at Topcon. As a key member of our EMEA office, you will be responsible for providing technical support, quality control, and product maintenance support to our customers in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat
- Collate product quality feedback from the EMEA market and report to our headquarters in Japan
- Work closely with our EMEA Service & Repair department and Operations department to ensure seamless support for our customers
- Collect voice of customer feedback from the EMEA market and share with our product planning and development teams
- Be the subject matter expert for geopositioning equipment and DX applications, including 3D BIM and construction workflow management
- Communicate with our EMEA market and provide technical introductions of new solutions
We are looking for a professional with a proven track record and qualifications in a similar role. You should have extensive practical knowledge of geomatics techniques, geodesy, survey engineering, civil engineering, or construction engineering. You should also have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and average oral and written communication skills in Japanese.
