About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Specialist to join our team at Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. in Zoetermeer, Netherlands. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Professional Services team to deliver high-quality solutions and meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with the Quality Service & Repair department to ensure product quality control and maintenance.
  • Support the development of new products and solutions, leveraging your expertise in geomatics and survey applications.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers, providing clear and concise information on product features and benefits.
Requirements
  • Extensive practical knowledge of geomatics techniques and survey engineering principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and attend product summits as required.
