About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technical-minded individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, helpdesk, and direct interaction
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using our knowledge base and CRM system
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical problems
  • Support dealers and distributors with onsite interventions and product documentation
  • Contribute to the development of our knowledge base and internal training programs
Exhibition Support
  • Install, operate, and dismantle machines for exhibitions
  • Advise customers on specific applications and support sales during the show
  • Work with our sales team to generate leads on the booth
Training and Development
  • Organize and host technical trainings for dealers and distributors
  • Monitor dealer skills and alert management to technical issues
  • Develop and maintain our knowledge base for internal and external use
Refurbishing and Warranty
  • Inspect and repair returned or used machines for resale
  • Maintain machines in our showroom
  • Inspect and repair damaged machines
  • Check and approve warranty claims from our dealers
Requirements
  • MBO electronics/mechanics or HBO level, gained through work experience
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong IT skills, gained through training or schooling
  • Customer and service-minded attitude, highly motivated, and eager to learn new technology
  • Team player, organized, flexible, and good communicative skills
  • Candidates must live in the Amsterdam region and be willing to work 100% onsite
  • Candidates must hold a valid working permit, as our client does not offer sponsorship
