We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at Nexthink. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales revenue and achieving sales goals and targets for assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop a sales strategy in the territory with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan.
- Partner Leverage: Develop a regional strategy and plan to leverage Nexthink partners while supporting the closure of deals.
- Marketing Collaboration: Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth and pipeline.
- Customer Engagement: Take a consultative approach with customers by understanding their existing challenges and future strategies to drive the Nexthink solution within the marketplace.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process to ensure timely and effective closure of deals.
- Account Management: Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- New Business Sales Focus: Proven track record of achieving sales goals in new business sales.
- Software Sales Experience: Previous sales experience gained within software or solution sales organizations.
- Fluent Communication: Fluent in English and Dutch, with Flemish and/or French desired.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as required.
