About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at A10 Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' strategic needs and configurations to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Work closely with field sales and pre-sales teams to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct thorough network health checks and audits to ensure optimal performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with support, escalation, and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or in pre-sales roles.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-level networking and security solutions.
  • Knowledge in multiple specializations, including Virtualization, Cloud-Native technologies, and Traffic Security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead sales opportunities and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
