Customer Service Ambassador

As a Client Relationship Manager for our client, you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless order processing, handling inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Collaborating with internal teams, including Product Development and Supply Chain, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
You will work closely with a team of 8 colleagues, guaranteeing every customer receives the best possible service.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken at a C1 or C2 level) - a crucial criterion for consideration
- Strong communication skills in English
- A completed MBO-level education or equivalent experience
- A commercial mindset with strong customer service and communication abilities
- A proactive, service-oriented approach with attention to detail
- A team-player attitude, with the ability to work independently when required
