Customer Service Representative

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Service Representative (32-40 uur).
Een leuke en uitdagende functie in teamverband waarbij je contacten hebt met opdrachtgevers, transportplanning, kantoren en agenten.
R.M.I. Global Logistic Services is een tankcontainer- en flexitank vervoerder van vloeibare chemicaliën en food (gerelateerde) producten. Het hoofdkantoor van R.M.I. is gevestigd in Rotterdam-Botlek. Daarnaast heeft R.M.I. wereldwijd eigen kantoren en een uitgebreid agentennetwerk. R.M.I. beschikt over een vloot van 3500 tankcontainers, die wereldwijd kunnen worden vervoerd. R.M.I. is een jonge organisatie, die is opgericht in 1997. In de organisatie heerst een informele sfeer, waarbij kwaliteit en flexibiliteit hoog in het vaandel staan. Samen met zusterbedrijven Cetem Containers B.V. en R.B.C. Terminal B.V. zijn de ondernemingen in staat een ''one stop shop'' logistiek dienstpakket aan te bieden aan relaties.
Functieprofiel:
Je werkt in teamverband en onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers, transportplanning, kantoren en agenten. In deze uitdagende functie ben je belast met de aanname, registratie, verwerking en administratieve afronding van de transportopdrachten. Je zorgt ervoor dat het product van de klant op een zo efficiënt mogelijke manier van A naar B komt. Gedurende het gehele traject volg je de transportopdrachten en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je onderhoudt intensief contact met je opdrachtgever en denkt actief mee. Uiteraard staat klantgerichtheid tijdens het gehele traject centraal. Je rapporteert aan de sr. Customer Service Representative en de Operations Manager.
Wij vragen:
- Afgeronde opleiding op MBO-niveau, bij voorkeur in de richting transport en/of logistiek;
- Enkele jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Kennis m.b.t. vervoer van gevaarlijke stoffen is een pré;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je bent een teamspeler en hebt een flexibele instelling;
- Je bent Proactief en nauwkeurig;
- Gedegen kennis van Windows, Word, Excel en Outlook;
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, beheersing van de Duitse taal is een pré.
- Je bent minimaal 32 uur beschikbaar.

- Flexibele werktijden (starten tussen 7:00 – 9:30) en mogelijkheid om (na een inwerkperiode van 3 maanden) 2 dagen per week thuis te werken bij een fulltime dienstverband.
- Sporten met korting tot 40% via Bedrijfsfitness Nederland of andere secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden met belastingvoordeel (zoals cadeaubonnen of een fiets).
