The Role
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing first-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
- Key responsibilities include Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and internal customer service skills are essential.
- The ideal candidate will be willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within IT, with a strong understanding of Desktop Support.
- A strong team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
