Service Architect Manager

The Service Architect Manager plays a crucial role in defining the through-life service solution of our products. This involves representing the services discipline in Product Teams and being responsible for the services aspects in the product plan. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work in multi-departmental teams.
Key Responsibilities- Representing the Services discipline in Product Team(s) and being responsible for the services aspects in the product plan.
- Defining the Lifecycle Program for the product and contributing to new service business development.
- Contribute to the services business development for the product, in cooperation with the acquisition team.
- Contribute to the definition and maintenance of standardized service packages of products.
- Monitoring customer complaints and feeding them back into the organisation.
- Informing customers about Life Cycle stages of the product and the consequences for support aspects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong feeling for how to bring value to the customer during the product lifecycle. They will be able to find a balance between the desire to standardize the service portfolio and the need to tailor a solution to the customer's needs. The candidate will also have strong communicational skills and be able to work in multi-departmental teams.
