Strategic Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to join our Commercial team at Lepaya. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the entire client lifecycle, from acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts to leveraging your strategic expertise to drive growth and capitalize on key business opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include scoping projects, transforming them into actionable milestones, and developing strategic plans that deliver impactful results. You will also be responsible for hunting for new opportunities and cultivating lasting relationships with enterprise accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive and experienced sales professional with a passion for learning and development. You will also need to have a strong affinity with the learning & development landscape and experience handling complex solutions and managing longer sales cycles.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be expected to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business. You will also be responsible for coaching team members, communicating effectively, and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:- Own the entire client lifecycle, from acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts to driving growth and capitalizing on key business opportunities
- Scope projects, transform them into actionable milestones, and develop strategic plans that deliver impactful results
- Hunt for new opportunities and cultivate lasting relationships with enterprise accounts
- Work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business
- Coach team members, communicate effectively, and solve problems
- Minimum of 6 years in a strategic sales role focused on closing deals, with extensive experience working with senior stakeholders such as CHROs, CEOs, and Heads of HR or L&D, in enterprises with over 2.5k employees
- Affinity with the learning & development landscape
- Experience handling complex solutions and managing longer sales cycles, often involving cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business
- Coaching team members, communication, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives
- Fluent in English and Dutch
