Research Funding Advisor

The Project Development Office (PDO) at Eindhoven University of Technology is seeking a highly skilled Research Funding Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our researchers in acquiring research funding and developing new projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the current and future developments in the National and European funding landscape.
- Proactively support researchers in the acquisition of research projects, including building and extending networks of internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the administrative side of project development, including navigating grant rules, setting up budgets, and handling submission processes.
- Contribute to a central administration of project applications, management information, and project case files.
- Proven expertise and experience in support of acquiring research funding and developing new projects.
- Experience in helping to establish quality research and innovation projects with a strength in structuring and substantiating research ideas.
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, organized, hands-on, reliable, and considered a recognized sparring partner.
- A small enthusiastic team in an academic working environment in the innovative Brainport region of The Netherlands.
