Your primary objective is to drive the development of the category consumer proposition, working closely with cross-functional teams including Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics to unlock market leadership in your assigned verticals.
You will be a valuable ally to prospective retail partners, helping them achieve their strategic priorities and improve key metrics. You must possess exceptional relationship-building skills, able to establish rapport at C-level and employ a consultative-based selling approach to create long-term win-win partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a future-proof consumer proposition in your vertical through deep consumer understanding;
- Create and implement effective category plans to deliver sales objectives, considering market opportunities and platform capabilities, including P&L;
- Meet and exceed sales goals through lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, managing, closing, and implementing sales opportunities at retailers within the assigned territory;
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers globally;
- Act as global category lead, establishing a centre of excellence, global frameworks, and effective local market implementation of your verticals;
- Collaborate with JET functions to develop company capabilities, enhancing the shopping and selling experience within your vertical.
Ambitious Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements- Extensive experience in new business sales and/or online category management;
- Proven ability to close enterprise deals and drive fast, hands-on implementation;
- Commercially savvy with strong negotiation, influencing skills, and ability to craft clear narratives;
- Experience building positive relationships and handling stakeholders across different departments and levels;
- Data-driven, goes to root cause, uses relevant data to make decisions and provide insights;
- Experience working in retail or retail marketplaces is a plus.
