Oceans of Energy B.V. is a pioneering company in the field of offshore solar technology and renewable energy. We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team.
Job Summary:The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process, providing comprehensive financial updates to the CFO, CEO, and strategic management team, and guiding financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to the current economic landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial updates and analysis to support business decisions
- Develop and implement financial controls and guidelines
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with national and local regulations
- Lead the finance team and provide dynamic leadership
- 10+ years of professional financial experience
- Strong understanding of financial project management, accounting processes, and financial data analysis
- Broad knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Exact and other financial software tools
