Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a leadership-focused internal communications strategy to engage and inspire our employees.
- Align with stakeholders to understand our 'One Bank' strategy and translate it into compelling content for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate and deliver all aspects of internal communications, including leadership communications, intranet, townhalls, and key business updates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our UK Country Executive, UK ExCo, and UK businesses on strategic, operational, or change-related communication activities.
- Support Senior Leaders in growing their internal and external profiles.
- Raise the business profile with external and internal audiences through content marketing and PR in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Manage ABN AMRO's website and social media presence, publishing updates and promoting new business developments, interesting articles, and UK and bank-wide news.
- Support the business heads in sourcing and producing timely and relevant content for key audiences, defining target market strategies, and initiating tactical campaigns.
- Produce external pitch books, sales support materials, and client communications, ensuring brand guidelines are respected and followed.
- Organize measurable client events and activities, taking responsibility for logistics and operational implementation, and providing social media presence during events.
- Develop data analytics for continuous assessment and improvement, tracking progress, and managing the UK Branch marketing 'Out of Pocket' budget.
