Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in global recruitment initiatives aligned with our sourcing strategy, employer branding, and analytics.
  • Support the recruitment process for our internship program.
  • Promote Hunkemöller as a premier employer through multiple social media channels.
  • Facilitate a seamless workflow for updating content in our designated tools.
  • Provide guidance to team members to ensure consistent messaging and generate innovative content ideas that resonate with current social trends.
  • Strategically plan social media content contributed by our team.
  • Participate in the selection process for upcoming interns.
  • Utilize your creativity to design an appealing Instagram feed for our employer branding page, ensuring alignment with our corporate identity while adding a personal touch.

Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in your 3rd or 4th year of a Retail, HR, or Marketing-related degree program.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for social media platforms, trends, and content creation.
  • Proficient in English, with an additional language from one of our key markets being advantageous.
  • Able to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and resourceful.
  • Possess a 'get things done' attitude.
  • Service-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Have a strong understanding of what makes content visually appealing on platforms like Instagram.
