Taken

Als Commercieel Leider bij AV Werving & Selectie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van commerciële strategieën gericht op groei en winstgevendheid binnen het Profit Segment in Nederland. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de commerciële teams optimaal presteren door een high performance cultuur en in te spelen op de veranderingen in de markt. Met jouw teams zorg je er voor dat klanten, van grote multinationals tot innovatieve startups, altijd de beste oplossingen krijgen. Met slimme werkplek oplossingen en nieuwe diensten gaat dit een stuk verder dan alleen het beste en meest duurzame kantoormeubilair. Ook realiseer je groei door new business en business development. Met jouw visie, ervaring en marktkennis draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering in de transitie van producent in de lineaire economie naar een dienstverlener in de circulaire economie. Je bent als leider de kartrekker voor groei en ontwikkeling van het team, klanten, proposities en commerciële kanalen. Jouw impact is direct voelbaar: van het realiseren van de beste commerciële teams tot omzetgroei.

Kortom, jij bent succesvol in het:


• ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van commerciële groeistrategieën;


• coachen en aansturen van de commerciële teams;


• leiden van de transitie van producent naar dienstverlener;


• actief zijn in de markt bij strategische klanten, partners en new business;


• realiseren van winstgroei en verhogen van marktaandeel.

Vereisten

Voor deze vacature neem jij mee:

Je bent een charismatische leider met een bewezen track record in het leiden van commerciële teams tijdens transities. Je hebt ervaring in het opstellen en realiseren van uitdagende commerciële plannen en weet hoe je een team inspireert om samen doelen te behalen. Je ben zeer doelgericht en tevens werk je goed samen op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.

• hbo- of wo-diploma in een relevante richting;


• minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in commercieel leidinggeven binnen B2B;


• sterk leiderschap en ervaring met change management;


• expertise in commerciële strategie, storytelling, consultatieve- en conceptuele verkoop.

Je werkt vanuit het moderne kantoor van AV Werving & Selectie in Amsterdam, vlakbij de A10.
