About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Performance Strategy & Transformation Lead to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Performance, Global Head of Rewards, and Chief Rewards & Talent Officer to develop and implement a comprehensive performance strategy for the company.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks, incentive plans, and talent development cycles that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the work to design and implement repeatable models and tools required to scale and implement performance frameworks across the company.
- Develop and implement a transformation agenda to drive adoption and implementation of performance solutions.
- Manage large transformations across multiple geographies, with several workstreams, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of performance management systems, tools, and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Total Rewards frameworks.
- Experience in strategy design, ideally in HR.
- Experience managing large transformations across multiple geographies, with several workstreams.
- Experience managing external vendors/consulting partners or experience as a management consultant.
- Experience in culture change.
