Job Purpose

As a Store Manager, you embody the spirit of engagement and customer-centricity that defines our brand. Through passionate leadership, you will motivate your team to deliver memorable customer experiences and drive store performance.

Working full-time on-site, including some weekend shifts, you will be responsible for budgeting, marketing, and building client relationships, as well as guiding a team of Retail Consultants.

Requirements

  • Fully fluent in English and Dutch
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of effective selling skills and commercial acumen
  • Open-minded and curious with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of skin care or hair care products (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite
