Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to our users through phone calls, chat, or emails, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and clearly explain service limitations or policies.
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated Support team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Helpdesk roles with chat support.
  • Availability for 30-40 hours a week.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • A self-motivated and can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
