- You will provide personalized support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- You will be responsible for advising customers on the best product choices, sizes, and styles to meet their needs.
- You will be proactive in identifying solutions to complex problems and escalating issues when necessary.
- Requirements
- You must be fluent in both German and Dutch.
- You must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and personal contact.
- You must have a good understanding of men's fashion and styling.
- You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Care.
- You must be proactive, enthusiastic, and positive, with a strong sense of empathy and problem-solving skills.
- You must feel comfortable working in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
- You must be eager to take customer service to the next level and contribute to the growth of our company.
