At The Hoxton, Lloyd Amsterdam, we're looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Director. This position is a great opportunity to join our team and contribute to providing exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Office, ensuring seamless interactions between guests and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our receptionists to deliver outstanding service, creating memorable experiences for our guests from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, motivating and empowering your team to provide top-notch experiences for our guests.
- Contribute to the success of our business by optimizing rates, managing overbooking levels, and collaborating with the team to achieve a full and satisfied house.
- Work closely with your team to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience working in a similar role within the hotel or leisure industry.
- Familiarity with Opera or similar front desk operating systems and GDS would be a significant advantage.
- The ability to think creatively, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
