- Stay on top of developments in the energy market and competition to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable commercial plans.
- Craft and execute a commercial strategy and plan with your team that sets Vandebron apart in a highly competitive green energy landscape.
- Set the commerce agenda for Vandebron, leading across teams and domains with your commercial mindset.
- Steer rigorously on commercial performance and challenge, ensuring top-notch market and performance insights to inform data-driven decisions.
- Mission-driven: You're passionate about contributing to our mission and making a positive impact.
- Commerce experience: At least 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in energy, tech, telco, or entertainment, with a commercial mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership skills: Proven track record in commercial management roles, with a minimum of 5+ years in comparable roles.
- 30 paid days off per year.
- Work abroad for up to 6 weeks per year.
