Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a member of our pharma global team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and create detailed sales plans.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on yearly sales plans and update sales plans as needed.
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Brand, Marketing, and Digital.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development while monitoring results against set targets.
Requirements
  • Established career in exhibitions, B2B media, and/or digital sales, preferably with an international organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with key clients.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and share them at senior level.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely detailed (sales) reporting.
