Heavy Equipment Technician with Global Reach

The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems and proven experience in an offshore or marine environment. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
We offer a competitive monthly salary based on your level and expertise, ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually. Additionally, you will receive an annual bonus (profit sharing), 8% holiday allowance paid annually, 40 paid annual leave days, and benefits such as travel allowance, laptop, and educational opportunities.
This role involves working in diverse and challenging offshore environments, ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment. You will work closely with our engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and emergency repairs on offshore equipment, providing operational support, collaborating with project teams, training client personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
