Intralox Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Technical Trainer who excels in the development and delivery of technical programs. This role will be a member of our global training team, primarily training customer-facing employees.
The position will be based in the Intralox EMEA Headquarters in Hoofddorp. As a Technical Trainer, you will support internal training needs, including new hire onboarding, cross-training, continuous learning, and certification.
You will develop blended learning courses from project kick-off to completion and evaluation. This will involve applying instructional design theories and methods to produce and deliver high-quality training (digital, blended, and instructor-led).
You will continuously improve the standards, processes, and deliverables to enhance the effectiveness of the learning experience. Additionally, you will understand and assess how training plays a role in business needs identified by product/process audits and performance metrics.
You will ensure the quality and consistency of course content and delivery. This includes leading the preparation and execution of internal systems training, including mechanical, electrical/controls, and maintenance/troubleshooting elements.
You will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited university. You will have at least two years of experience in classroom training, electronic learning, and multimedia programs.
You will have strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with a willingness to self-teach and study engineering products and systems. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, production, and engineering employees.
You will be able to work across departments to ensure effective teamwork and motivate personnel to assist in the effective and efficient operation of the training plan. You will possess knowledge of effective training techniques and curiosity to continuously learn.
You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be self-managed with strong attention to detail. You will be able to be flexible about working time to fit business needs and customer requirements.
